Shipping and Handling
We ship Monday-Friday excluding holidays.
All shipping includes delivery confirmation. Once the package is given to the shipping carrier, it becomes that carriers responsibility, and raintees.com is no longer liable. Packages are left either in your mailbox or can possibly be left on your porch. Raintees.com is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
Sales Tax
Ohio residents will be charged 6.75% sales tax at checkout.
Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
Gift Cards
You may purchase a gift card by calling us at (419) 350 9017 or by visiting our online store at www.raintees.com. We offer gift cards in any amount. We can send them to you or to the person receiving the gift card.
Gift Cards Policy
Gift cards can be used online only at www.raintees.com.
*Please note, that gift cards are handled as legal tender. Therefore; if a gift card is lost, a replacement cannot be issued.
Item Availability
We try our hardest to have stock of all items on our site at all times. If we are out of stock of the item you ordered we will notify you by email or phone. We apologize for this inconvenience.
Cancellation Policy
Sorry, but no orders can be canceled once placed. If you want a different size other then what you ordered please call or email within 1 hour of order confirmation.
Refused Shipments
If you choose to refuse your shipment from raintees.com your original shipping fees will not be refunded. Also, a $10.00 or 20% re-stocking fee (whichever is greater) will be deducted from your refund.
Return/Exchange Policy
Rain Tees prides itself by offering the highest quality merchandise and customer service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase Rain Tees will issue you an exchange or online store credit. No cash, credit card or check refunds. If you are not satisfied with your purchase contact us by email or phone within 7 days of receiving your purchase for a RA (Return Authorization). No return will be accepted without a RA.
*All tags must be attached with original packaging.
*No visible signs of wear or washing.
*Handbags, hats, jewelry, belts, cosmetics, sunglasses and sale are final sale.
*Any return or exchange must be shipped within 7 days from your RA. Returns shipped after 7 days will be refused. If accepted, a $10.00 or 20% re-stocking fee (whichever is greater) will be deducted from your refund.
*Your RA must be on the outside of the box.
*Original shipping and handling costs are not refundable and your responsible for all shipping and handling costs associated with returning and exchanging merchandise. Unless, raintees.com sent an incorrect size, an incorrect or damage item.
*Raintees.com will refund you within 7 days of receiving the returned item(s).
*Make sure to include the original invoice / return form. Without it, the return becomes extremely difficult if not impossible to process.
